As all are practicing social distancing it's important to remember that we can still keep connected with our family and friends. We can do this through virtual means. See the links below for some ideas on keeping the communication going through virtual methods. Remember, counselors are here for you as well. If you ever need someone to chat with or you just need to vent, we are happy to chat with you virtually. Please click here to access our office hours.
Hangouts: You’re probably familiar with this site by now. Google hangouts allows you to chat with your friends virtually https://hangouts.google.com/. Zoom and Skype are similar sites that allow you to have virtual phone calls. Netflix party: Netflix party allows you to watch movies with friends while chatting with them at the same time. https://www.netflixparty.com/ Jigsaw Puzzles: If you’re bored and want to do a puzzle with a friend, try https://jigsawpuzzles.io/. There's a chat room so you can communicate with your friend while completing the puzzle.
