Even though we are social distancing we can still keep active. Physical activity can help reduce stress and anxiety. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with your current situation, give physical activity a try. This week is full of sunshine and warm temperatures. It's a perfect time to go outside and take a nice leisurely stroll through the neighborhood. If you can’t get out, click here for a list of the free workout programs..
